My order is missing, what should I do?Updated 9 months ago

It’s important you allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you think your order might be missing, follow these steps:

  1. Firstly, check the tracking link sent to you to see if delivery has been attempted by the courier (it could have been left with a neighbour, or in a safe place).
  2. Check with the other members of your household, or any neighbours, to see if someone else has accepted the item on your behalf, and check any ‘safe places’ you may have nominated in the past like outbuildings and porches.
  3.  If possible, contact your local post office.
