We offer three shipping methods at Q+A:
 Super Saver Delivery, £2.50 (3-5 working days)
 Standard Shipping, £3.50 (1-3 working days) 
 Fast-Tracked Shipping, £4.99 (1-2 working days)

Please note, Fast-Tracked Shipping is not a guaranteed next-day service. 

We offer Standard Shipping FREE on all orders over £20.

Missing your parcel? Please sit tight and allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting our support team, unless you have selected Fast-Tracked Shipping. Please note our Super Saver and Standard Service is untrackable until delivery is attempted by Royal Mail.

Orders are shipped from our Norfolk based warehouse, Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays.

International Shipping:
Unfortunately, shipping is currently paused for locations outside of the UK - we hope to be back on track soon!

In the mean time, you can use our stockist page to find your closest retailer.

How do I know what skin type I have?

At Q+A, we know the power of natural ingredients. That's why our range is 98% natural. Our products are also free from mineral oil, silicones and parabens.  

All Q+A products are vegan-friendly, aside from our Collagen Face Cream, which contain beeswax. Please check individual product pages for clarification.

Do you offer any discounts?

This March, we have made the decision to amend our prices to reflect the rising increase in raw material and operational costs.

At Q+A, we're dedicated to providing high-performance, ingredient-led products at the most affordable prices we can, and while we understand that a small price increase may come as a surprise, please know that it allows us to maintain our commitment to delivering effective, responsibly sourced and high quality skincare and bodycare. We also want to comment that the increases we have made are significantly below inflation rises, and as a brand, we are still absorbing as much as we can.

You may notice that some of our prices have decreased, with our Niacinamide Facial Serum now an even more affordable £6.95.

We assure you that we remain dedicated to providing you with exceptional value and quality in every product you purchase. Our mission to make skincare natural and affordable for all remains unchanged.
