Can I cancel my order?Updated 9 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order! Please get in touch as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected] or calling us on 01603813026. Please include your full name, order number and the email address used to place the order.

If your order is yet to be fulfilled by our warehouse, we may be able to cancel your order. Please note, most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled and collected by the courier, we are unable to cancel the order. However, we do offer a free returns service and can offer a full refund on unused products. You can create a free returns label here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2717

Please package your products in the original packaging and send them back to us using the returns label created with the link above. Once safely returned, we'll process a refund for your order if the items are unused.
