How can I redeem my Q+YOU points?

Once you’ve collected enough points, log into your account and scroll down to the rewards selection. Select “Get reward”, then “Redeem”. Your unique voucher code will then appear, which you can apply at checkout in the promotional code area. Points m

How can I view my points balance?

Your point balance can be seen in the top right of the navigation bar, or on the Q+YOU account dashboard found at the Rewards tab on our navigation bar. You’ll need to be logged in to your account to view your points.

I made a purchase, why haven’t I received my points yet?

After you make a purchase, your pending points can take up to 3 days to be approved. For other activities, it can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process and apply your points to your account. Points that are displayed as ‘pending’ need to be
