All our products have a 3-year shelf life when left unopened. To find the lifetime of your product once opened, you can refer to the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol on the label of the product which looks like an opened jar with a number inside – 12M is equivalent to 12 months after opening.

We can find out the production date of our products from the batch code if you are able to provide this via email. Our batch code is a six-digit code in the format ****/** and can be found on the label, or seal of the product.
